What you’ll do

• Remotely support deployment of Pronto's autonomous haulage system (AHS) across multiple mine sites, tracking truck bring-up, rover installation, and system commissioning progress
• Track and document site-level issues (equipment faults, comms failures, installation delays) reported by on-site teams, and escalate blockers to the Field Operations Manager and engineering teams
• Coordinate logistics remotely with customer site teams, including permitting, work authorizations, and equipment/route readiness, via calls, Slack, and shared trackers
• Monitor production and administrative delays against project milestones, maintaining structured trackers for visibility across distribu
