Your Mission:

Own and grow a book of enterprise accounts by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, running thoughtful discovery, and closing new business within those accounts.

You’ll drive account growth through strong negotiation and contract management, among other things. Success looks like consistently hitting revenue targets while building trusted relationships across complex customer organizations — including getting on-site when it matters for demos, training, and key moments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue targets for enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on hunting and opening new opportunities within those accounts.
  • Take direct ownership of the sales process and keep deals moving with clear next steps, strong follow-through, and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Customer Success Engineers (ECSE) on the team to bring the right technical depth into deals and translate customer needs into winning solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings — including on-site demos, trainings, and events as needed.
  • Build strategic, high-level relationships across customer organizations (exec and senior stakeholders) to support retention and expansion.
  • Own pricing conversations, negotiation, and contract management to close deals efficiently and responsibly.
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-output cadence of outreach, pipeline creation, and follow-through.
  • Track performance against key metrics including expansion ARR/ACV growth, quota attainment, new sites from existing customers, and pipeline development.
  • Use strong curiosity and preparation to understand the customer’s job-to-be-done and tailor your approach accordingly.

Hybrid work. 2 days in-office days per week when not traveling, with travel as needed (roughly once per month) for customer-facing work.

Requirements

  • Quota-carrying, direct B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Industry experience (construction technology, mining technology, geospatial background, related).
  • High motor — you relentlessly pursue and create opportunities.
  • Strong curiosity and a learning mindset.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional partners and bringing others into the deal at the right moments.

The estimated salary range offered for this role is $10,000 - $120,000 (base) + $60,000 - $80,000 (variable) for an on-target earnings total of $160,000 - $200,000. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
