Prophix is looking for a Manager, Business Development to lead our combined SDR and BDR team and own the top-of-funnel pipeline engine that converts inbound interest and outbound prospecting into qualified opportunities. You will work at the intersection of human selling and AI-assisted engagement, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to build a system where Qualified's AI SDR capabilities and your team operate as a coordinated unit. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, coaches with intention, and is genuinely excited about what modern pipeline development looks like when intelligent tooling and skilled people work together.
