THE ROLE
Everpure is in a period of breakout growth, with a new hyperscale design win and international expansion creating key leadership roles and complex talent demands. As Program Manager, Talent Management (Talent Planning), you will own the end-to-end talent planning products that identify high-potential talent and ensure business-critical roles are succession-ready. Sitting within Everpure’s Talent Transformation organization, you will bridge Talent Management and Learning & Development to build sustainable leadership capabilities.
