About the role
You will be the dedicated Sales Operations partner to the Country and District Managers across Italy and Iberia. Your job is to help sales leaders run their business well: a clean forecast, a healthy pipeline, business reviews that lead to decisions, and follow-through so agreed actions actually happen.
You report to the Director, EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and work alongside the regional Sales Operations Business Partners to turn regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.
What this role is, and is not
- It is an internal, sales-leader-facing partner role. You work with managers and sellers, Finance, Deal Desk, Planning and HR
- It is not a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
- It is analysis plus execution. You will build the insight and then coordinate the actions that follow from it
What you will do
- Partner with Country and District Managers on operational analysis, insight and execution support
- Prepare and inspect the weekly forecast and pipeline, calling out material movements, risks and areas needing attention
- Run the district business review cadence: KPI analysis, commentary, action capture and follow-up
- Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion, linearity, seller productivity and territory and account performance to find gaps and opportunities
- Contribute to annual and in-year GTM planning through territory, account, capacity and quota analysis
- Coordinate the rollout and adoption of agreed GTM, organizational and process changes with Regional Sales Operations
- Maintain high standards of CRM and forecast hygiene and resolve data-quality issues with the sales teams
- Coordinate account-planning, win/loss and big-deal review cadences
- Partner with Channel Operations, SE Operations, Renewals Operations, Finance, HR, Deal Desk and Planning to align priorities and dependencies
What you need (must-have)
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning or business analytics, ideally in a multinational technology company
- Experience partnering directly with sales managers and senior commercial stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota processes and sales performance management
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, able to turn complex data into clear recommendations
- Proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce and a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI
- Able to manage multiple priorities and keep consistent follow-through with limited supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to challenge constructively and present evidence to senior stakeholders
- Business fluent in Italian and English
Nice to have
- Experience with a forecasting tool such as Clari
- Notions of Spanish or Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related, or equivalent practical experience
- Creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations
