Railroad Field Supervisor Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $64,000/year — higher salary available depending on experience Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Railroad Field Supervisor to coordinate crews and oversee field work involving railcar repair, derailment response, load adjustment and transfer, and track maintenance and construction. This position combines field leadership with hands-on operations. The Supervisor will help keep crews safe and productive while ensuring work is completed according to FRA, DOT, and applicable safety requirements.
