Welding & Fitting Shop Foreman Location: York, PA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Shift: Second Shift Starting Pay: $39.00/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour for second shift Position Summary We are seeking an experienced foreman to lead second-shift fitting and welding operations in a structural steel fabrication shop. This hands-on leadership role oversees shop personnel, coordinates production activities, monitors quality, and ensures work is completed safely and according to schedule. Candidates must have structural steel fabrication experience and prior leadership experience supervising welders and fitters.
