We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader to help scale how Quantium delivers AI transformation for some of Australia’s largest enterprises. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll lead a growing AI engineering team of around 10 people today. Working closely with Engineering Leads and engineers across client engagements, you’ll develop the team, maintain a high engineering bar, and help turn ambitious AI strategies into practical, production-ready solutions.
