Our Salesforce platform underpins how we manage client relationships, commercial processes and service delivery at scale, and it is central to how we bring our products to market.
As a Salesforce Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of Salesforce engineers, owning both the growth of the people in your team and the quality of what the team builds on the Salesforce Platform. This is a people leadership role. You will manage, coach and develop your team, set clear performance expectations and build capability across the Salesforce discipline. You will stay close enough to the technology to make sound design calls, review work credibly and guide the team through complex platform decisions, but your primary accountability is the performance
