Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Rockville, Maryland headquarters.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and can manage multiple priorities with impeccable attention to detail. You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations while also helping create a welcoming experience for candidates and new employees onsite.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural people person who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable shifting between administrative tasks, recruiting support, and in-person responsibilities as business needs evolve.
