Red Oak builds compliance software for financial services firms. Today we serve 19 of the top 20 global asset managers — including BlackRock, Vanguard, PIMCO, and Morgan Stanley — along with 1,550+ regulated firms and $62 trillion in AUM as one combined company. There's no direct holistic competitor to what we've built — a sole-source, integrated compliance and distribution platform. Why This Role Matters
No one owned Red Oak's GTM systems before our Director of RevOps joined about a year ago — since then, he's brought real stability to a stack that had been patched together in pieces. Now, with our recent merger with MirrorWeb, Red Oak is running two separate Salesforce instances that need to become one, on top of a GTM motion that's doubled in size. This role exists to lead that consolidation and own Salesforce administration end-to-end afterward.
You'll have real autonomy over system decisions from day one, and a genuine growth trajectory if you perform — modeled on the same path our Director of RevOps took to get here.
