The Position
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance of our Laverton North division. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to co-ordinate and carry-out multiple projects across multiple locations on occasion – 3 sites within a 2km radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of facilities across the Sydney metropolitan area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes and standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
