Based in our Wolverhampton office, you'll work alongside experienced consultants with access to industry-leading training, market-leading technology and a supportive leadership team committed to helping you succeed. Following your onboarding and training period (approximately 2-3 months), you'll benefit from hybrid working, including 1 day per week working from home.
What You'll Do
Develop relationships with new and existing clients
Generate new business through calls, meetings and networking
Source, interview and place candidates
Provide expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates
Achieve targets that directly impact your earnings

Recruitment, sales, account management or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ambitious and target-driven individuals
A full UK driving licence is required due to regular client meetings across the region.
