ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing our product team and are looking for a Product Manager to lead a product area of our lending platform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business, decide what's worth building, and work with the team to deliver it.
You'll own the roadmap for your area and work day to day with delivery teams. We're looking for someone with solid product experience who is happy to grow with our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, and decide what the team works on next.
Get to know our clients and their businesses, and keep an eye on the market and competitors.
Identify which problems are worth solving, and test ideas with data and client feedback before the team invests in them.
Work with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps.
