RetailNext helps the world’s leading retailers understand what happens inside their stores, using sensors and computer vision across more than 43,000 storefronts globally.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across commercial, operational and technical teams. You’ll own searches from intake through offer and partner closely with hiring leaders.

Our People team works like a product team. We look at what employees, candidates and leaders experience, find where work gets stuck, and test improvements together. You’ll bring what you learn through hiring into that shared work, alongside our People Experience team.

Reports to: Director, People

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle searches, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers and close.

• Build pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, and engage passive candidates across global markets.

• Advise hiring leaders on candidate profiles, market conditions, location and assessment.

• Keep candidates informed and hiring teams accountable for timely feedback and decisions.

• Maintain accurate stages, feedback and reporting in Greenhouse.
