Data Analyst III, Care Navigation

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out data analysis that demonstrates our company’s impact to clients and strategic partners in the care navigation space. You will support the development and execution of analytics, provide data-driven strategic insights, and create customized analytic approaches in a care navigation setting. This role supports Rightway’s management, operations, and other internal departments by developing and delivering complex analytical needs, including quarterly performance reviews and ad hoc client inquiries. Additionally, as a Data Analyst III, you will guide standards and implement coding and technical best practices in the analytics eco-system.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop operational analytics leveraging eligibility, medical claims, and member interaction data to surface trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across care navigation, enabling teams to optimize service delivery and member outcomes.
• Integrate and blend data from disparate source systems including NIC, claims, Typeform, and Salesforce to build unified, reliable reporting datasets that support both operational and client-facing needs.
