As a School Counselor at Rivermont School, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ emotional wellness, behavioral growth, and academic success. In this role, you will partner with educators, families, and clinical teams to create a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive. Your work will directly impact students with diverse learning, emotional, and behavioral needs through compassionate care, collaboration, and evidence-based therapeutic support.
What You'll Need
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or family development
Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license or eligibility for licensure
Active Mandt certification
Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral health, and therapeutic interventions
Clinical experience supporting children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings
