This role sits at the center of People service delivery: you'll help manage the day-to-day operations of our People Service Desk, serve as a first point of contact for Ro'ers, and ensure employee requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys solving problems and helping others. You’ll work closely with People Partners, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to resolve employee questions, maintain accurate HR reco
