Associate Product Manager

Rockstar is recruiting for a VC-backed property damage claims partner for personal injury law firms. The client handles the end-to-end property damage claim (diminished value, total loss, repair resolution, rental coverage, and more) so PI attorneys can focus on the bodily injury side while their clients get maximized recoveries. The client is building a company around being a genuine partner to everyone who touches a property damage claim: the law firm, the claimant, the carrier, the body shop, the dealership, and the rental company. Each party should come away from a file thinking that was the easiest part of the process. This is not a customer service goal bolted onto the operation; it is the company, and it shapes who the client hires, what the client builds, and how the client measures itself.

The client is VC-backed, and in the year since launch it has signed PI firms of every size, from solo shops to household names on highway billboards. The operation is live, the volume is climbing, and now the client is hiring its first product manager to build the product that lets it scale.

The Role

The product manager will be the client's first product hire. Until now, product has lived with the founder and CEO, who spent his career as a product leader before starting the company.
