Technical Recruiter
Rockstar is recruiting for a well-funded, early-stage company building AI workers for back-office departments in American manufacturing. The client is backed by a16z Speedrun and angels from Brex, Xwing, and Betterment. The company's mission is to revitalize an industry and rebuild America's manufacturing backbone by helping US manufacturers move faster, grow, and compete globally.
The Role
This is a true 0→1 recruiting role. The recruiter will build the team that builds the company. The recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and go-to-market: sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience, and close. The recruiter will be hands-on and high-volume, and will set the bar for how the company hires as it scales from a small founding team to many.
The recruiter will work directly with the founders and hiring managers to define what "great" looks like for each role, run a fast and thoughtful process, and give every candidate an experience that reflects how much the company cares about the team. This is a seat for a builder who wants to shape a company through the people they bring in.
What the Recruiter Will Do
- Partners with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, ideal profiles, and a rigorous interview process for every open role
- Builds targeted pipelines for engineering and GTM roles through creative sourcing, referrals, communities, and highly personalized outreach
