Job Description

Location: Warsaw

We Are:

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company is the market leader in driving performance using Deep Learning across the entire purchase funnel.

Founded in 2012, and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House has always been private-by-design. It embraces first-party advertising and a relentless approach to innovation. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.

We are looking for a hybrid professional who combines the rigor of an in-house lawyer with the people-first mindset. This role sits at the intersection of legal risk management and employee experience, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on both legal matters and people-related strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable drafting a contract and coaching a manager through a difficult performance conversation.

You Will:

  • Review, process, and oversee all types of HR documentation to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (employment agreements, NDAs, employment related contracts) for both Polish and international entities.
  • Provide legal support on labor law and employment legislation, advising internal stakeholders across the entire employee lifecycle (from hiring to termination).
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to create, update, and implement internal procedures and policies.
  • Advise leadership on legal risk related to hiring, terminations, restructuring, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, legal analyses, and summaries to support internal company decision-making.
  • Represent the company in labor negotiations, works council interactions, or union matters if applicable.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and compliance-related people processes.
  • Lead or support investigations into workplace complaints (harassment, discrimination, grievances) with both legal and HR lenses.

Desired Experience:

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in employment legal practice, preferably in more than one legal jurisdiction.
  • Qualification as a Polish attorney-at-law (Radca Prawny) - must have.
  • Deep knowledge of employment/HR law, including regulatory compliance, remuneration structures, commission frameworks, and internal investigations.
  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex legal projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing, including Legal English (min. C1)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate effectively within international cross-functional teams.
  • Empathy, discretion, and excellent communication skills - able to translate complex legal language into practical guidance for non-lawyer.
  • High attention to detail, paired with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
  • Advising C-level executives and supporting frontline employees alike.

We Offer:

  • An on-site job in convenient location: our office is located next to Wilanowska metro station.
  • Possibility to learn in an international organisation in one of the fastest growing online advertising sectors.
  • An international professional environment that inspires you and enables you to create processes from the scratch as part of a highly qualified cross-functional team;
  • A rewarding career in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere with no corporate habits and a growing dynamic multi-cultural team.
