THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Hardware Engineer with medical device experience to take Rythm’s product ideas from early concept to production-ready parts. Hands-on experience designing medical-grade products or medical devices is required.

You’ll work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to turn design briefs into detailed 3D models, molds, and simulations that guide decisions about materials, tooling, and production. You’ll build prototypes, test them, and keep iterating until the product is right. Our products should feel well made, hold up to everyday use, and meet the standards health products demand, so you’ll need to balance design intent with what’s practical to manufacture.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll own your projects from first model through production and work largely independently. You’ll also get to know Rythm’s products and customers well enough to make engineering decisions that serve the people who use them. W
