About the Role
As a Client Operations Associate, you will be Sharebite's eyes and ears on the ground. You'll run on-site operations for our Group Order service at our enterprise client offices, making sure every delivery goes smoothly. Reporting to the Client Operations Lead, you'll work closely with our Restaurant Operations and Customer Support teams so that large group orders arrive on time, are well organized, and leave every client happy.
This is a part-time, in-person role based in Los Angeles. Hours vary based on client order volume, but we aim for 6–15 hours per week of assigned work, mostly during late-morning and lunchtime delivery windows. Candidates should expect regular travel to client offices and potentially partner restaurants within Los Angeles.
