Training Coordinators are essential to ensuring our Shipmonkers receive world class training and onboarding experiences, while also supporting our Operations teams in their pursuit of process excellence. As a training coordinator you will work collaboratively with Operations, HR, and other teams to facilitate new-hire orientations, coordinate training events across key stakeholder groups, revise, improve, and standardize job-specific procedures, and ensure adherence to all training-related processes. A successful candidate will have broad, hands-on experience in training execution, content creation and utilization, and a track record of strong performance in past roles, while also improving operational performance metrics around them.
The pay for this position is $19.50/hour with weekly pay
