Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping homeowners solve their comfort issues. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Present solutions that best meet customer needs Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company veh
