What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Identify mechanical, electrical, airflow, and performance issues. Explain findings and available repair or replacement options clearly to homeowners. Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications. Identify opportunities for system upgrades, indoor air quality improvements, and equipment replacement when appropriate. Complete accurate service notes, estimates, photos, and required documentation. Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
