This position serves as the company's internal building performance expert, responsible for transforming home energy audits and field-collected data into comprehensive project proposals that improve a home's comfort, safety, health, durability, and energy efficiency. The Proposal Administrator plays a critical role in the customer journey by analyzing building performance data, designing solutions, creating accurate project proposals, performing energy modeling, developing HVAC system designs, coordinating equipment selections, and maximizing available rebates and financing opportunities for homeowners. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, critical thinking, project design, data analysis, and customer-focused problem solving.
