Immigration Paralegal - Healthcare Team (Memphis, TN)

The Paralegal will support the Healthcare Immigration Team in the preparation, filing, and management of O-1, EB-1, NIW and similar employment-based immigration petitions. This position works closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, individual and employer clients, and other stakeholders to ensure cases are prepared accurately, efficiently, and filed within established deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong writer, an effective communicator, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: • Review client intake information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare immigration forms, supporting documentation, petition letters, and other case materials for attorney review. • Assist with the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration petitions, particularly O-1, EB-1, and/or NIW petitions • Compile, organize, and finalize petition packages in accordance with filing requirements and firm procedures. • Communicate professionally and regularly with clients regarding case status, required documentation, outstanding information, and filing timelines. • Coordinate as needed with clients, attorneys, employers, and other parties to obtain and organize required case documentation. • Assist attorneys with the preparation of immigration-related correspondence, legal documents, and agency submissions, as
