The most credible voice in that conversation isn't a marketer who studied the use cases - it's a practitioner who built them. Someone who has run a real enterprise operation on Smartsheet at scale, pushed the platform past its documented edges, wired it into AI workflows before the playbook existed, and can stand in front of a room of skeptical operators and make them lean in.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, technical storytelling, and field engineering. You'll translate our AI roadmap into narratives the field can sell, prove those narratives with working demonstrations you build yourself, and represent the practitioner's voice in how we position, package, and activate AI across our customer base.
