Sony Interactive Entertainment（SIE）のTalent Acquisitionチームは、プレイステーションビジネスを通じて世界中の人が楽しむ「エンタテインメント体験」を創造するチームに入社される方を中途採用・新卒採用・派遣・契約社員・アルバイト採用という形で採用しています。ハードウェア・システムソフトウェアエンジニアやAI/MLなどの先端技術を持つエンジニアから、セールス・マーケティングなどのビジネス系の職種、管理部門のポジションなど多様な職種およびレイヤーの採用を行っています。
採用チームは現状8名の少数精鋭チームで、大きくは新卒採用チームと経験者採用チームに分かれておりますが、時期による業務のピークシーズンやプライオリティの変化に応じ、また採用チームとして共通する施策なども鑑み、状況に
