CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL
As a critical member of the Starbase Infrastructure team, you will supervise and lead a group of laborers and contractors to enable the build and activation of infrastructure for a variety of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced, high impact construction project including the responsibilities below:
- Supervise a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
- Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable broader project goals and schedule
- Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portas, rental equipment, etc.)
- Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies. Drive the safety culture on the jobsite through contractor and internal partners
- Daily field coordination and conflict resolution for contr
