SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. With a strong focus on life sciences, SpotMe powers Onomi: the Live HCP Engagement Platform that enables medical and commercial teams to run impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars. Together, SpotMe and Onomi turn live events into a company’s most effective engagement channel.

Pharma companies use event platforms as registration forms while request, approval, budget, HCP registration, transfer of value (ToV), and reporting run in Excel and at agencies. We are building Onomi 360, the life-sciences strategic meetings management (SMM) product, to replace the incumbent event platform in that space. First accounts already run their meeting requests and approvals in Onomi 360; the demand is validated and the trajectory is exciting.

Your focus will be MeetingsEQ, the SMM layer of Onomi 360: one front door for every request, approval and budget as configuration, unified HCP identity, per-attendee ToV allocation, and engagement and spend flowing back into the CRM without re-keying.
