Working on-site at Quantico with the Program Manager, Deputy, APMs, and Team Leads, you will run the operations rhythm — weekly program meetings, action items, metrics, and the weekly schedule the portfolio works from. Nothing on this contract moves without the operations cadence you own. You will be visible to program leadership every single week.
