Legal Counsel (Projects) (APAC)

Role purpose:

• This role will be based in Singapore and will support STACK Infrastructure’s APAC business across markets including Australia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.

• This role will support STACK Infrastructure APAC on development, construction, procurement, long-lead equipment, operations vendor contracting and project delivery workstreams.

• The role is intended to provide dedicated legal coverage for the project execution side of the business: building the asset, procuring the equipment and services required for the asset, and supporting the contracts needed to operate the asset once live.
