Job Description
You will act as the strategic architecture partner for business and technology leadership, helping Statkraft evolve its capabilities, operating model, data landscape and digital platforms. You will:
- Define and maintain the target architecture for Trading & Origination.
- Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Drive capability-based planning and investment prioritisation.
- Ensure alignment between business processes, applications, data and technology platforms.
- Shape architecture decisions related to cloud, data, digital products and AI.
- Drive simplification, standardisation and modernisation across the Markets landscape.
- Support architecture governance, investment decisions and strategic technology choices.
- Collaborate across product teams, platform teams and business leadership to accelerate value delivery.
Qualifications
We look for an Enterprise Architect with the skills required to strengthen our capability-driven approach to Market Operations, ensuring that business and technology development are aligned with strategic objectives.
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture and technology strategy in complex organisations, including the definition of target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Ability to connect business strategy, operational capabilities and technology investments to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
- Trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions and building consensus across organisational boundaries.
- Experience shaping modern digital platforms across cloud, integration, data and AI capabilities.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide Solution Architects and delivery teams from strategic direction through implementation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within energy markets, power trading, origination, portfolio management, commodity trading or financial markets.
- Understanding of ETRM/CTRM platforms and the technology ecosystem supporting trading, risk management and financial operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and data governance requirements relevant to European energy markets.
- Experience leading large-scale business, technology and data transformation initiatives in international organisations.
- Understanding of how data, analytics and AI can create measurable business value and support operational decision-making.
- Exposure to physical power operations, imbalance management, settlement, nominated volumes, metered data or post-delivery processes.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tooling such as LeanIX, including capability models, application landscapes, lifecycle views and architecture decision support.
