Sales Advisor

Stellar Global is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to work with our client Electrolux/AEG in John Lewis!   Location: 3 days at John Lewis, Kingston and 1 day at John Lewis, Oxford street, London £14.80 per hour plus commission 28 contracted hours Must be fully flexible between Mon-Sun Permanent role   We have some exciting new opportunities for enthusiastic, motivated Sales Advisor to work with our premium retail client in a prestigious department store. As a Sale Advisor, you will be responsible for building a great rapport with customers, demonstrating the range of premium products (white goods/domestic appliances) using knowledge and expertise, and converting interest into a sale. Overall purpose of the role: As a Sales Advisor you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiast within the John Lewis store, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client. Your primary responsibility is to be the go to person for customers who are visiting John Lewis and looking to add or replace ovens, washing machines and other major domestic appliances to their homes. You will serve as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood  through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-orientated approach.
