Sr Client Success Manager

The Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) at Storable leverages industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of storage solutions to connect Client business objectives with the functional capabilities of Storable’s products. You will drive collaboration across teams to enhance Client lifetime value, boost retention, improve satisfaction, and build trust. This role is responsible for ensuring that Clients experiencing challenges with value realization receive the support necessary to achieve their desired outcomes and improve their overall experience with Storable’s suite of solutions.

What you will do:

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable’s business results and strategic initiatives.
