The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all phases of physical maintenance for a multi-family property. Responsibilities include general maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff (if applicable), prioritizing work schedules, expense control, adherence to preventive maintenance programs, and compliance with state and federal safety programs.
