Job Description
Taking end-to-end responsibility for all project stages (including discovery, design, development and handover to support)
Understanding technology-related issues to be able to deliver the best possible solution for our clients
Having high-level discussions on technical details with the team and the external client
Managing in-house and remote development teams (mobile, backend, web-frontend)
Business level understanding of architecture, APIs, CI/CD
Usage of your amazing change management skills when it comes to unforeseen edge cases
Handling situations where you have to describe how a function works for non-technical people and also being able to translate business requirements to the technical team
Creating functional specifications, detailed timeline and delivery plans with appropriate risk and dependency assessment and mitigation plans
Facilitating sprint planning and development processes to ensure efficient delivery
Project tracking including budget, scope and schedule tracking
What makes you thrive here:
Leading end-to-end projects in mobile, backend, or web frontend for 5+ years, with any of these areas adding value to our team
Delivering a software project successfully over a 9-12 month timeframe
Practicing agile methodologies, including facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
Applying best practices from a range of project management methodologies in your daily work
Keeping projects on track using tools like Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab
Communicating fluently in English within an international team (bonus if you speak German or other languages)
Demonstrating outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including negotiation expertise
Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective client and account management
Taking full ownership of products from initial idea to polished, well-engineered digital experiences
Prioritizing team morale and shielding your team from uncertainty with a people-first mindset
Understanding business requirements and translating them into meaningful technical outcomes
