Implementation Architect

At Supermetrics, we help marketing and data teams get their data where they need it, so they can spend less time wrangling data and more time using it. As we grow, we're evolving toward an AI-assisted delivery model.

As an Implementation Architect, you'll be the technical expert helping customers succeed from day one. You'll focus on hands-on onboarding, training, and complex enterprise implementations, while also helping shape the AI-assisted workflows that will define how our Professional Services team operates in the future.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex data challenges, and helping build new ways of delivering value. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Partner Success Managers, and Business Consultants to share customer insights, support deals, and ensure smooth handovers after onboarding.
