We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite alongside Ford’s talent and operations teams, supporting the hiring engine that will help staff this facility at scale.
This is a high-visibility, high-velocity role for someone who wants to do meaningful work, move fast, and grow into broader Talent Acquisition responsibilities as the site continues to scale.
About the Role
You’ll be on the ground in Glendale, supporting high-volume hourly recruiting, candidate engagement, recruiting events, and onboarding coordination. As the organization continues to grow, this role will expand into broader recruiting coordination responsibilities, including interview scheduling, offer support, onboarding coordination, and talent operations support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
