Wat je gaat doen:

• Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portfolio van zorgklanten, van kleinere accounts tot strategische klanten.

• Je bouwt per klant een succesplan: heldere doelen, adoptiemijlpalen en een gedeeld beeld van wat succes betekent.

• Je plant en leidt kick-offs, kwartaalgesprekken en eindejaarsreviews, en zorgt dat renewals geen verrassing zijn voor klant of voor ons.

• Je herkent risico's vroeg, zoals dalend gebruik, wisselende stakeholders of ontevredenheid, en onderneemt actie voordat het een churn-risico wordt.
