Quality Improvement Facilitator - East Central Iowa

As a Quality Improvement Facilitator, you will focus on Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider quality and will evaluate HCBS waiver, habilitation, CNRS providers, and self-directed services to ensure quality and compliance with state and federal rules and laws, and industry best practice standards.    This position requires residence in one of the following Iowa counties: Scott, Linn, Jones, Cedar, Jackson or Clinton counties, or surrounding areas. Candidates outside these locations will not be considered.
