Chief People & Organization Officer | MANUFACTURING

We are looking for a Chief People & Organization Officer (CP&O) to join Teltonika EMS and play a key role in shaping the organization's people strategy, leadership culture, and organizational development initiatives.

Teltonika’s manufacturing facilities produce and assemble our devices, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. As the organization continues to grow both locally and internationally, we are seeking a leader who can strengthen our people practices, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capabilities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR and organizational development leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is passionate about building scalable people practices in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to group and company leaders, analyzing organizational needs, structures, teams, and leadership practices while initiating necessary improvements.
• Develop and implement organization development initiatives aligned with the group's growth strategy and business objectives.
