About the Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to core People Operations function and mentorship from experienced HR professionals. You’ll receive insight into onboarding, employee relations, internal communications, and HR systems.
Through this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real onboarding and engagement projects that impact the employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Assist with new hire onboarding end-to-end, including paperwork, welcome materials, orientation scheduling, and first-week check-ins
Help build and refine onboarding resources (guides, checklists, welcome kits) to create a smoother experience for new employees
