Requirements

Tesla Laboratories is seeking a Cost Estimator to support Design Technical Support (DTS) services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest (NAVFAC NW), Planning Design and Construction Directorate, Design Division (PDC4). This position supports the existing NAVFAC workforce and provides increased capability for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects and associated efforts undertaken by NAVFAC Northwest customers within the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Responsibility (Puget Sound area).

Perform facilities cost estimating tasks, including:

Basis of cost documentation, industry and market research.

Cost/schedule/risk analysis and crew projections.

Quantity take-offs and constructability reviews of engineering documents.

Life cycle cost analysis of projected alternative systems.
