As a Full-Time Evening Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals navigate evening routines, enjoy meaningful activities, connect with their communities, and build greater independence.
This role is about much more than completing a checklist. You'll share meals, support personal goals, encourage choice and self-direction, participate in outings, and help create a comfortable home environment where each person can feel respected and empowered. - Employment Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Schedule Requirement: Flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule
- Starting Pay: $20.70 per hour
- Earning Opportunity: Up to $24.70 per hour through shift differentials and overtime
- Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
