About the Role

We're looking for a Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager to own our client's customer acquisition strategy across paid media and emerging growth channels. You'll manage their paid media agency, set acquisition strategy, guide creative testing, oversee media investment, and make sure every paid dollar is directly tied to DTC growth goals.

This role sits at the center of the digital growth engine — working closely with the Lifecycle & Retention Manager, e-commerce team, creative partners, and agency teams to keep the customer journey connected from first impression to purchase and beyond. You'll own strategy, performance accountability, budget planning, reporting, and the business decisions behind paid acquisition.
