Production Associate | $20-$25/hr | 4-Day Work Week | Temp-to-Perm | Kennesaw, GA

Overview

Mural Group is partnering with a global specialty polymer and material science manufacturer to fill Production Operator openings at their Kennesaw, Georgia facility. This is a temp-to-perm position - you come in through us, demonstrate your performance, and earn a direct offer with full company benefits.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Four days on, three days off. Every week.

What You Will Be Doing

Depending on where the plant needs you, you will be placed as either a Mixing Operator or a Packaging Operator.

As a Mixing Operator, you will set up, start, and run blending and mixing equipment, weigh and load materials to meet recipe specifications, monitor production processes for safe and efficient operation, troubleshoot equipment and processing issues, take quality samples to the lab as needed, and document your work in production logs and system inputs throughout the shift.

As a Packaging Operator, you will operate a small press machine and automated packaging line, ensure containers are accurately labeled, counted, and palletized, use a walkie lift to weigh and move materials, mix material in small vessels, and complete all required SAP transactions and documentation.

Both tracks require the same commitment to safety compliance, ISO standards, housekeeping, and data integrity.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year of machine operation experience - both are required

• Comfortable in a chemical production environment with required PPE (safety glasses, respirator, gloves, hearing protection, chemical suit as directed)

• Able to lift up to 55 lbs frequently and handle up to 250 lbs occasionally - full 10-hour shifts on your feet

• Basic computer proficiency for production documentation and SAP system inputs

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be able to commit to a 5 AM start time Monday through Thursday

• This is a drug-free workplace - a drug screen is part of the process

What the Role Offers

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
