Sr. Director of Global Data Centers Sales
Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a highly qualified and driven Senior Director of Global Sales and Business Development for Data Centers to become a part of our team. This position holds the responsibility and accountability for expanding Data Center opportunities by generating new business as well as further developing existing accounts, thereby maximizing the booking potential for TEI and achieving the company’s target bookings and growth objectives. The role entails formulating strategies and directives to meet or exceed TEI’s bookings, corresponding revenue, and margin targets for the Data Center product line, while working closely and collaboratively with the Data Center Engineering Team to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Growth Initiative for TEis Strategic Plan, working closely with TEis Leadership Tean, developing and executing to robust plans for Growth.
- Analyze markets, conduct general and detailed market research, and generate new solution & market strategy and plans that support the company's growth objectives.
- Provides close assistance with the establishment of Data Center Sales Bookings targets during the Strategic Planning and Annual Budgeting process.
- Pre-qualify, analyze and forecast "key" international and domestic sales opportunities.
